At Benzie Design, we want you to love your crafting supplies as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy for most unused and uncut items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated returns address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
